Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of RSS Feed Creator at rssfeedcreator.com and app.rssfeedcreator.com and its related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

RSS Feed Creator is also called “Feeds” in some places of the website and the application.

1. Provider

The Service is provided by Internet Solutions, UAB, company code 302617697, VAT code LT100006088413, registered address Tvenkinių g. 8A, Šakių k., Kauno r. sav., LT-47415, Lithuania; correspondence address Vilniaus g. 72-310, LT-76298 Šiauliai, Lithuania; e-mail [email protected] (“we”, “us”).

2. What the Service does

RSS Feed Creator turns web pages into RSS feeds and creates product feeds. You enter the address of a web page, an existing feed or an online store (WooCommerce, Shopify or a CSV file); the Service reads it, shows you a preview and publishes a feed at a permanent web address that updates itself. Paid plans allow more feeds, several sources in one feed, more items and products per feed and faster updates.

We continuously improve the Service and may change, add or remove features. We will not remove a core feature of a paid plan during a period you have already paid for without offering a fair solution, such as a pro-rata refund of that period.

3. Your account

You can create a free feed without an account. To have an account you must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you may act for it.

Give correct information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

Creating several accounts, or using other ways to get around the limits of the free plan, is not allowed.

A feed created without an account can be managed only with its management link. Keep that link private and save it; anyone who has it can change or delete the feed, and if you lose it we may not be able to restore your access to the feed.

4. Free plan, paid plans and limits

Free plan: no payment card. A free account can keep up to 3 feeds. A free feed has one source, up to 20 items (or up to 50 products) and updates every 3 hours. Paid plans (PostRSS add-on, Store and Business) allow more feeds, more sources, more items and products and faster updates. The plans, limits and prices shown on the Pricing page apply at the time of your order.

To protect the Service we also apply reasonable rate limits, for example a limited number of new feeds per day from one IP address. Limits can change.

5. Prices, payments and renewals

• Prices are in euros and do not include VAT. VAT (currently 21%) is added at checkout and shown on the invoice.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Subscriptions paid through PayPal renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel automatic renewal at any time on the billing page of your account or in your PayPal account. After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.
• Payments by bank transfer, Western Union or MoneyGram are one-time payments: we issue a proforma invoice, activate the plan when the payment reaches us (usually within 1–3 working days) and issue the invoice. They do not renew automatically.
• Payments are processed by PayPal or by the bank or money-transfer service you choose. We do not receive or store payment card numbers.
• If a payment fails or is reversed, or a paid period ends without renewal, the account moves to the free plan after a short grace period (currently 2 days). Unpaid amounts remain due.
• We may change prices for future periods. We will inform you by e-mail at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription; you can cancel before it takes effect.

6. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Refund requests are handled case by case — write to [email protected] from your registered e-mail address.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a right to withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days. When you place the order, you ask us to start providing the Service immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the payment minus the value of the Service already provided (for example checks, monitoring or feed updates already delivered). This paragraph does not limit any other mandatory rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• overload any website, copy content at scale, republish content without permission, or supply content to spam or scraper websites;
• get around plan limits, rate limits or technical restrictions, resell or share access to the Service (except as your plan allows), or interfere with the security of the Service or of other users;
• send large numbers of automated requests to the Service without our written consent.

Create feeds only from pages, feeds and stores that you own or have the right to use. You are responsible for the right to republish content from your sources, for respecting the terms and copyright of those sources and for how you use the feed.

Product feeds must follow the rules of the platform they are submitted to (for example Google Merchant Center or Meta catalogs) and must not contain illegal, counterfeit or misleading products or prices.

If you break these rules we may block requests, stop a check or a feed, or suspend or close the account. Where possible we will first contact you and give you a chance to fix the problem. If an account is closed for serious abuse, fees already paid are not refunded.

8. Accuracy of feeds

Feeds are generated automatically from third-party content that we do not control. They can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, for example when a source changes its layout, blocks our robot or becomes unavailable; if a source cannot be read, a feed may keep showing its previous version. Product feed data such as prices and availability is only as accurate as the source. Please check your feeds and the platforms that use them.

No guaranteed results. We do not guarantee that a platform will accept, approve or show your feed or products, or any rankings, traffic or sales.

9. Content and ownership

Between you and us, the feeds produced for you belong to you, to the extent the law allows. The content in a feed belongs to the owners of the sources; we claim no rights in it, and you are responsible for the right to use it.

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and display the information you submit (such as website addresses, settings and logos) only as needed to provide the Service.

The Service itself — software, design, templates and brand — belongs to Internet Solutions, UAB and its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use it for as long as you use the Service.

10. Availability and third parties

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service depends on third parties: the websites and stores you use as sources, the platforms that read your feeds and payment processors. They may be slow, block our robot, change their format or stop working at any time. We are not responsible for failures caused by them, but we will work to restore the Service where we reasonably can.

11. Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data, lost rankings or damage to reputation, or for the content of the sources you use or the way platforms treat your feeds;
• our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

If you use the Service for business, you agree to compensate us for reasonable costs and losses arising from third-party claims caused by your breach of these Terms or by content you submit or republish.

12. Ending the contract and deleting the account

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. To delete your account, write to [email protected] from your registered e-mail address. It is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

A feed stops working when you delete it or when the account is deleted; the websites and tools that use your feed address will no longer receive it.

We may end the contract with 30 days’ notice by e-mail, or immediately for serious breaches of these Terms. If we end it without your fault, we refund the unused part of the prepaid period.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and inform registered users by e-mail at least 30 days before important changes take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the changes apply; continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept them.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in the courts where you live.

Please contact us first — most issues are solved quickly by e-mail. Consumers may also apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lt) for out-of-court dispute resolution.

15. Other terms

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our consent. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a translation differs from this English version, the English version prevails, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
